Stage 1 - *SMART* :

This is when you suddenly become an expert on every subject in the known Universe. You know you know everything and want to pass on your knowledge to anyone who will listen. At this stage you are always RIGHT. And of course the person you are talking to is very WRONG. This makes for an interesting argument when both parties are SMART.

Stage 2 - *GOOD LOOKING* :

This is when you realize that you are the BEST LOOKING person in the entire bar and that people fancy you. You can go up to a perfect stranger knowing they fancy you and really want to talk to you.Bear in mind that you are still SMART, so you can talk to this person about any subject under the sun.

Stage 3 - *RICH*

This is when you suddenly become the richest person in the world. You can buy drinks for the entire bar because you have an armored truck full of money parked behind the bar. You can also make bets at this stage, because of course, you are still SMART, so naturally you win all your bets. It doesn't matter how much you bet 'cos you are RICH. You will also buy drinks for everyone that you fancy, because now you are the BEST LOOKING person in the world.

Stage 4 - *BULLET PROOF*

You are now ready to pick fights with anyone and everyone especially those with whom you have been betting or arguing. This is because nothing can hurt you. At this point you can also go up to the partners of the people who you fancy and challenge to a battle of wits or money. You have no fear of losing this battle because you areSMART, you are RICH and hell, you're BETTER LOOKING than they are anyway!

Stage 5 - *INVISIBLE*

This is the Final Stage of Drunkenness. At this point you can do anything because NO ONE CAN SEE YOU. You dance on a table to impress the people who you fancy because the rest of the people in the room cannot see you. You are also invisible to the person who wants to fight you.
You can walk through the street singing at the top of your lungs because no one can see or hear you and because you're still SMART you know all the
words.

There are many websites and services across de web that can measure your connection speed, but one of my favorites is the Internautas.org page.

All that you have to do is click on the “Empezar” (start in Spanish) button.

Then just wait for a bit. A file is going to be sent to your computer, and your computer will send a response. The time the all process takes is measure and shown in the counter.

The meter on the left shows the speed of the connection, and the one on the right shows the percentage completed so far.

One of the reasons why I like this site to measure the connection, is the aspect of the counter, which reminds me of a car speed meter.

There are other sites that just show you a blank page, while the meter is counting, and a number in the end of the process, with the result.

And this one doesn’t just shows you the download speed, but also shows the upload speed, which can be useful, of course.

But if you want to have a good idea about your average speed, you should try to do several speed tests. The more tests you make, the more accurate the average will be.

Testing the internet connection speed is useful to everybody who wants to improve and optimize their internet use.

So, test your speed.

Keep a close look on your news e-mails with PopTray.

PopTray is a tiny program that sits in your Windows System Tray area, and checks for new mail automatically.

All that you have to do is configure your mail accounts. You know the drill: give your username, your password, and let PopTray take care of the rest for you.

It can be configured to initialize minimized, and to minimize on the button X, which usually is used to close programs.

It can support multiple accounts, from different providers, POP 3, HTTP, etc.

You can also test the new account as you are creating it, before you save it, just to make sure it’s all ok.

The program lets you define a different color for each account, lets you choose different icons for the system tray, and also to allow animated icons.

In Pop Tray’s homepage, there are also a few plug-ins, which increase its capabilities, like giving him the ability to save all e-mails in your computer, and other useful things.

It has support for multiple languages, it can check for new e-mail on initializing, show a notification balloon on new mail arrivals, supports lots of shortcuts, several actions on mouse click, and creation of a white/black list.
